- Shipping & Delivery
Your order is important for us and we make sure we deliver it to you at the earliest. When you place order from greenpresentideas.com, you can expect to receive your order max within 7 working days.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.
- We offer FREE Shipping( specified on the Product detail page) on selected products ordered through www.greenpresentideas.com
- Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
- We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5-7 working days.
- We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- We only ship through reputed courier agencies and you can track your order online.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

- Cancellation and Return Policy
Every effort is made by greenpresentideas to fulfill each order that is placed. There may be certain situations due to which these may get cancelled for example in case of quantities unavailable for purchase, problem with the quality of product, pricing and stock information or the credit and fraud avoidance departments identifies a problem with transaction.
Just in case any portion of your order is cancelled due to any reason our customer care member will get in touch with you and inform you about the same. If you order is cancelled in total and your credit card has been charged you shall get the refund in your card account. In any other case in which the payment is not done using a credit card but some other mode the refund will be done using alternate methods and the customer care team will contact you.
Incorrect address or refused delivery
If you as our customer do not provide correct information pertaining to the address and if the package is returned due to the said reason you shall bear a 25% restocking fee as well as the actual shipping charges incurred by greenpresentideas.com to send the shipment. In case of a reshipment of the same order, you shall be responsible to pay the shipping charges.
You are requested to ensure that the package of your order is in a good condition and not tampered or damaged. If it is not in a good condition then you are requested not to accept the package. Contact our customer care team immediately and provide them with the details including the order reference number. We shall thus ensure a re-delivery of your order at the earliest.
Once the product order has been received and the description, content or size of the product ordered & delivered does not match with what was displayed on the website, you can seek for a replacement within a period of 7 days from the date of receiving the order. In this case greenpresentideas.com shall bear the return shipment charges. You can contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org for initiating the cancellation request. The refund claim can be denied in case the product has been used and does not bear the original product tags or the product has been damaged.
The replacement shall not be processed if reason is that you did not like the product or for any other reason. In any case, greenpresentideas.com shall not entertain any complaints after seven days of the product delivery.
Refunds shall be made in the same mode the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a Cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
